We will further process complaints that meet the required terms and criteria. If the whistleblower provides personal identity information in the form of a name as well as reachable contact information (telephone number/e-mail), we will guarantee full confidentiality of the identity and contact information (telephone number or email) provided. Every report that meets the criteria will be processed carefully. You are also permitted to report anonymously.

We urge that reports are not used for personal interests involving defamation or false information. Legal protection and confidentiality are provided as long as the report is based on actual events and is not intentionally disseminated to unauthorized parties.
